Lesley Dromgoole

My paintings are mainly in watercolour as I love the fluidity and unpredictability of the medium. When I introduced other media I felt the greatest sense of freedom and I was able to start on my path of experimentation, which to me, is what art is about. I love the feeling of being out of control, allowing the watercolour to take its own path and pushing things by adding inks, pen and other media and I am enthused as the process of art making unfolds.
